No7 comprises of the Post Office, Sam's Bar (Formerly known as Joes Bar to add to confusion) and Lloyds kitchen - it serves the best ever pizza and Sunday roasts... we can't tell you anymore unless you ask us in person ;-)

Perched on southern tip of the Isle Of Wight’s diamond shaped coast in an idyllic fishing cove with its own micro-climate, our menu mirrors the location. Enjoy locally caught seafood, mineral packed plant-based dishes, flavours designed to transport your senses as well as daily specials created by our award-winning chef, Adam Fendyke and his team. The True Food Kitchen at Castlehaven opens at the beginning of May until end of September. We are open everyday 11:45 - 20:30 subject to the weather.
