We offer a range of weekly yoga classes from beginners to those who are more experienced, with different techniques to suit the dynamic or those who want a more relaxing session.
You can also book sessions in advance with personal trainer Andy Robinson who delivers not just HITT and conditioning sessions but also sports massage, Kinesiology Taping and performance training, and with twenty years’ experience, he’ll put you through your paces!
If that all sounds too energetic, then why not book a fabulous massage with Danielle who can offer various different massages from hot stone to Swedish and Indian head massage to aromatherapy. Or you could just go the whole hog and book yourself onto a winter retreat with the wonderful Carol Macartney.
