With over two decades of personal practice and a few years of teaching under her belt, Clare continuously hones her skills to provide the best experience for her students. Her friendly, supportive approach ensures everyone feels comfortable, no matter their level. The class concludes with a blissful relaxation session, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The first class is free and drop in sessions are £12 or you can buy a block of 4 classes for only £32 (£8 per class)
