One to one yoga
Emma has been teaching Hatha Yoga on the Island now since 2020. Her classes are always relaxed and fun offering students a Hatha based flow. Emma is always full of encouragement for her students helping guide them to listen to their own bodies and achieve what feels good for them.
Why not enjoy a one to one session with Emma whilst enjoying your holiday at Nettlecombe Farm. Emma can tailor a session specifically to the individual or group whether you are hoping for a more dynamic challenging class or prefer a gentle flow to ease you into the holiday.
Please contact Emma directly to arrange your sessions. Prices start at £50/hr. We are happy to offer our guests free use of the studio for their class with Emma (this applies to guests staying at Nettlecombe Farm only).
