Nettlecombe Farm are proud to work with the Isle of Wight Council as a recognised provider of activities for disabled children through the 'Short Breaks' initiative (previously known as 'Aiming High'). This is in conjunction with our Natural England HLS agreement which encourages farms to open their doors for educational access.

We are delighted to announce our 2015 dates for fishing try out sessions and farm visits in partnership with Wight Fishing.

Saturday 25th July

Sunday 30th August

Sessions available between 10am and 4pm

  • Farm tours and access to all facilities
  • Tuition, bait and tackle supplied
  • The lakes are accessible
  • On-site parking
  • On-site toilets
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult


    We also offer discounted out of season breaks to eligible local disabled children and their families.
