Expect to get stronger, more connected to your body and release into deep relaxation at the end of class.Join Olivia's mandala vinyasa flow sequenced around one of the elements according to the Mayan calendar that day. Mandala is a dynamic, fluid moving style of yoga where you turn 360 degrees around the mat.
